I'm Bill Eisenhauer. I've spent 45 years building production software — from enterprise systems to Ernst & Young to Silicon Valley startups — and the last few years turning what I've learned into AI-powered diagnostic tools.

Where the tools come from

I run a consulting practice called Alchemy Inside where I help small businesses find the money they're leaving on the table. I use AI to diagnose operations — pricing gaps, workflow waste, follow-up failures, data they're not using — and build systems to fix what I find.

Every consulting engagement produces diagnostic frameworks. Scoring rubrics. Checklists. Teardown patterns. Over time, I realized these frameworks weren't just consulting deliverables. They were reusable tools — the kind of thing a founder could run on their own business without hiring me.

So I started packaging them as AI skills. You upload the skill to Claude, paste in your data — a URL, a headline, a set of answers — and get back a scored diagnostic with specific fixes. The same methodology I use in a $2,500 engagement, available for $97 or less.

That's VibeStash. It's the product arm of the consulting practice. Every tool here started as a real engagement, got tested on real businesses, and was refined until the output was good enough to stand on its own.
